HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON ATRAARI.COM?

To create an account, click on the "Account" icon at the top right of the home page, then select "Create an account". Fill in the information requested and confirm your registration.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

To update your personal details, log in to your account and access the "My account" section. You can then change your details and save them.

ORDERS

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you have paid for your order, it is no longer possible to change it, as we quickly start processing it. If you wish to add products, we recommend that you place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@atraari.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to respond to your request. contact@atraari.com. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First check your spam or junk mail folder, as the confirmation is sometimes found there.

You can't find the confirmation there either? Send us an e-mail to contact@atraari.com from the e-mail address you used to order.

DELIVERY

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. In general, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days in France.

When you place your order, we quickly start the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier who will deliver the package to you.

Once we have transferred your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the tracking code.

It is important to note that the carrier needs time to process the order. In general, you can start tracking your order from the business day after the carrier receives it. If the tracking code does not work immediately, we recommend that you try again on the next working day to obtain accurate tracking informatio

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

You cannot change the address once the order has been placed, as we are already processing it. Once the order has been placed, the address cannot be changed as we automatically transmit the data to the carrier.

You will receive tracking and tracing information via the email address you have provided. Please use this information to collect the parcel quickly after delivery or change the delivery address to a designated collection point.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

No, at the moment we do not deliver internationally. Deliveries are only available in mainland France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

PRODUCTS, SIZES AND COLOURS 

ARE THE COLOURS OF THE PRODUCTS TRUE TO THE IMAGES?

We do our best to display product colours as faithfully as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.

WHY DOES MY SCARF DIFFER FROM THE SPECIFIED SIZE?

As each scarf is a unique product, sizes may vary by 4 to 5 centimetres in length and width.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock, we encourage you to check our site regularly for stock updates. You can also contact us for more information on the future availability of the product.
